CityGate is a 136-unit multi-family residential development showcasing contemporary West Coast architecture through clean lines, durable materials, and modern design. Our team completed the exterior cladding installation, delivering a high-performance building envelope designed for both long-term durability and visual appeal. The project incorporated corrugated steel siding, James Hardie® plank siding, EZ Trim architectural trim systems, and a continuous 2-inch exterior insulation system to enhance thermal performance and energy efficiency. The exterior assembly also included a high-performance weather-resistant air and moisture barrier, creating a resilient building envelope capable of withstanding the West Coast climate.
