Braywood Place Apartments is a two-building, 128-unit multi-family residential development designed to provide modern, high-quality rental housing with a durable, contemporary exterior. Our team completed the installation of a multi-material exterior cladding package, coordinating the integration of various cladding systems to achieve a cohesive, high-performance building envelope. The project required careful planning and execution due to limited site access and tight working conditions between the buildings, while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule throughout construction.
